The old and the new. A juxtaposition of styles from different time periods. This townhouse was originally built in 1919 and has now undergone a luxurious transformation.
Located at the centre of the building, originally this room was used as the living area. Original elements were preserved and restored to their former glory. The kitchen itself is modern and fitted with high-end appliances.
The living area is located in a newly built modern extension. Very large minimalist glass windows to create the illusion that you are seated in the garden instead of the townhouse.
The main suite consists of a bathroom, walk in closet, and a bedroom with big modern minimalist windows with views to the garden.
Spacious and luxurious. The bathroom is a standout room in the master suite. With its uncommon materials for a bathroom its a real continuation of the bedroom and walk in closet
